To make these delicious truffles use my recipe for Pistachio butter cups. For the holidays change it up a bit and add 1 cup of melted white chocolate to the recipe. Talk about a delicious truffle. Take a scoop
Quickly roll to a ball shape between the palm of your hands.
Drop the ball in the chocolate filling
Drop in place on a parchment covered baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining chocolate on your spoon to add a few decorative chocolate swirls to the top
Add a pistachio to the top, chill until chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks for best freshness.
